Reminder: You still have a whole entire week to pick a day to get really snap-happy and participate the Day in the Life project. Therefore: YOU SHOULD DO IT! For those who are all Whaaa?, here is what I'm talking about: my last Day in the Life post from this fall and the post linking to the other bloggers who participated.
The fine print:
1. You need to have your Day in the Life post published on your blog by Wednesday, January 19.
2. When you are done just leave a comment on this post (or any other post, really) or send an email to me with a link to your blog. My email is navigatingthemothership@gmail.com.
3. Anyone can participate. PLEASE do not feel like you have to have a wee one to play along. Reading about all sorts of different lives is more interesting anyway. A final call out to my foreign-country friends. SHOW ME YOUR FOREIGNNESS! It will let me pretend I'm traveling.
4. Make sure to include pictures of YOU during the day, even if that means mirror self-portraits (turn the flash off!) or using that good old timer. And don't forget to include pictures of the mundane - your make-up on the bathroom counter, the messy office desk, your lunch, what you bought at Target, a note your spouse scribbled for you. That's part of what makes it so interesting.

ReplyDeleteWhalin - Also YES! I will do an exception for my foreign readers and "host" your day-in-the-life. Couple things: make sure to label each picture as #1, #2, #3 etc so I know the exact order and in the text put a clear marker for where you want the picture with a [pic #1]. Can you get it done by Tuesday? I could post it on Wed & then the other readers on Friday.
