Leaving a Legacy
Seeing my passion for reading taking root in you gives
me a sense of pride and contentment beyond words.

Yes, I am very much over reading The Berenstain Bears and the Green-Eyed Monster, or
The Trouble with Grown-Ups or Go to the Dentist for the umpteenth time. But you aren't over it.

And that's just awesome.

Yes... how can they want us to read the same book over and over again? I don't get it! We are kind of Berenstain Bears obsessed over here as well and I literally read "Berenstain Bears and the Bad Influence" three times in just two days - twice for nap and once for bed!
ReplyDeleteLove this.
ReplyDeleteThose curls are killer. Gorgeous pic as always.
ReplyDeleteLove this photo! She looks so intent on reading. While I'm not the biggest reader in the world, I so love watching Annie read. It took her a long time to enjoy it, so of course I was worried, but now she is always demanding us to "readabook" (that's how she says it - real fast like it's one word) - can't say no to that!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful that she has discovered the joy of reading to herself. I remember devouring books as a kid, and I hope my baby will someday love books the same way.
