These are the Days of our Lives - Summer 2012

Themes from this round: cats that meow way too freaking early and watching Big Brother the day after during naptime. Also? A lot of VERY cute kids. Enjoy!

  1. The divided plates came from Walmart. They are from recycled materials and supposedly BPA free. I LOVE them. Camden does well with them because they have big sides so he is really learning to scoop out of them.

And Big Brother is my summertime guilty pleasure. That and the Olympics was as well.

Thanks for the DITL link up, it may be work but it's fun to look back on!

  3. Oh I so wanted to do this, forgot about it, then remembered on Saturday morning. So I took pictures, made notes, and then just didn't have the energy to type up the post. ;) Maybe I'll still post it this week, I should, it would be ridiculous for me to not do it just because you're not linking to it now. HA!

I am so excited to go read all these, waaaaay too much of a distraction for me though here at work. But I can't help myself.

  4. I think one of my favorite things about reading this is that you never see any comments saying, "OMG, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DO/DO NOT (insert judgey parenting recommendation here)" Instead it's all like, "OMG, YES! YES! YES!" because regardless of how we parent or what our situation is we find something in common. So fun!

  6. I love reading these and am bummed that I missed the prompt. (For some reason your blog has been disappearing from my reader). I may be late, but I went and did one this week and just posted it. It's fun to document and look back upon. Thanks for hosting this (even if I missed it)!

  7. Ooh - bonus DITLs. Awesome.

& Megan - I think that is such a good point. I have gotten extremely luck to avoid the trolls thus far and I really do love that supportive mentality with these DITL posts.
